Challenge — Ryan Herco Flow Solutions is a leading distributor of high-purity and corrosion-resistant fluid-handling systems and high value filtration products in Burbank, CA.  Ryan Herco operates from 31 locations serving the Aquatics, General Industrial, Water and Waste Water, Chemical Processing, Semiconductor, Life Sciences and Food & Beverage markets.  With customers expecting a world-class ecommerce experience, Ryan Herco needed to upgrade their legacy website with a robust and searchable ecommerce site complete products description, marketing data, inventory availability, and more.  PMP certification was important to them.

Approach — Ryan Herco retained 3Linc for IT expertise with B2B Marketing for Project Management, TopSpot Digital for Marketing, and Catalog Data Solutions (CDS) for data management. The project entailed managing four vendors and working with all stakeholders to  ensure delivery on all aspects of the site, including website marketing and SEO, cart/order management, print/digital content management, and business analysis.

Results — The website, Ryanherco.com, launched in November 2014 on time, on-budget and within scope on key deliverables. Additional enhancements were planned for 2015.
